Find the friction in your funnel
More visitors do not repair a confusing journey. Follow the path from the promise in an ad or search result to the action on your page.
Check the promise
Does the page immediately explain the same offer that brought someone there? Keep the audience, benefit, and next step consistent. A visitor should not need to reconstruct what you mean from several sections.
Make the next action clear
Give the page one primary action. Explain what happens afterward, and ask only for information you need at that stage. Review the form on a real phone: field labels, validation messages, keyboard behavior, and submission feedback all matter.
Look at evidence together
Use funnel data to locate a drop-off, then customer feedback or usability sessions to understand possible reasons. A drop-off identifies where to investigate; it does not prove the cause.
Prioritize useful improvements
Rank problems by their likely impact, confidence in the evidence, and effort to address them. Fix broken interactions and unclear information before polishing details that do not affect the decision.
Your next step
Walk through your highest-priority journey on mobile. Write down every moment where you have to guess, wait, or recover from an error. Choose one problem to investigate first.
